Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your web order from nlbmxracing.com for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected by NLB’s Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a full refund, and then place a new order for the other item. This allows you to check the inventory level on the new item.
